We live in a very walkable neighborhood. Lake Park, Lake Michigan and shops and restaurants on Downer Avenue and the Downer Theater are just a few minutes away. Buses to downtown and elsewhere go from UWM campus just steps away, or you can grab a Bublr bike or Lime scooters nearby.
3 beds, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom work well for one or two couples, a family, or small group of friends or colleagues.
You have access to the entire upper unit including a private balcony with outdoor table and chairs. We (David and Janet,) live on-site in the lower duplex. We offer you complete privacy but are also ready at hand if you have any questions or concerns.
